ArtLovers Exchange Fees & Terms

Terms of Sales, Exchanges and Seller’s Fees

Fees	Seller pays 12.5% of sales price - on each transaction up to $2500. 10% for amounts above $2500. Minimum fee is $13.95 per transaction.
Cash	Buyer pays No transaction fees.
Exchange	Both Buyer and Seller must be registered to Exchange items.
Shipping	It is recommended that artwork be shipped without Glass or Plexiglass installed in the frame. Artwork should be professionally packed and insured for full value of transaction payable to the recipient. Shipping Tips for Safely Packing & Sending your Artwork
Insurance	Insurance & Shipping costs to be pre-paid by each recipient.
Escrow	Exchange payments require the Buyer and Seller to insure the value of exchanges by credit card until items are approved by both Seller and Buyer.
Service Provided	ArtloverExchange.com merely provides a web platform for the convenience of Sellers and Buyers to negotiate the transaction of their personal property. ArtloverExchange.com accepts no responsibility or liability for the conduct of the Seller or Buyer and any assertions they may make.
Hold Harmless	All Sellers, Buyers and other parties agree to hold harmless ArtloverExchange.com from any and all disputes, claims, damages, loss, or other assertions as a condition of the use of this service.
COA	Certificates of Authenticity and/or Insurable Value Appraisals should be supplied with all artwork. If unavailable, the lack of documentation must be disclosed prior to any transaction.
Exclusive Listing	Seller agrees to list their art item exclusively with ArtloverExchange for a period of not less than 90 days.
Referral Fees	You can be paid up to 25% referral fee for signing up new Sellers whose artwork is sold or Exchanged.
